I need:
1) Four (4) copies of your passport (picture/signature page). Make sure it is signed.
2) Two (2) extra passport pictures
3) Health form and success contract if not turned in yet.
4) Please email me your Scotland presentation beforehand if you are doing a powerpoint presentation so I can have it ahead of time to make sure it is compatible with my computer. :-)
