We have arrived in Loch Rannach. It has been a long journey since yesterday - 9 hours to London, 1-1/2 hours to Edinburgh and then another 2-1/2 hours to Loch Rannach. It is absolutely gorgeous up here. We arrived around tea time, so haven't had the opportunity to explore much yet.
We met our Delegation Manager, Matt. He is a college student study geography and seems to be a good deal of fun and I think the students will love him. We are his first delegation so we will break him in right. :-)
Tonight our first REAL meal in Scotland was Haddock and chips or Leek and Mushroom Risotto. It was very good. After tea this evening, the kids all made it an early night (having not slept much in the last day) and took showers and headed to sleep.
Tomorrow is gorge hiking and a service project in town. Until then. We are all safe and enjoying the beginning of our journey.
